Woodstock Presents – Live Life Local

January 6, 2014

Woodstock GAAnyone that has visited downtown Woodstock in the last few years is well aware of the vibrancy that the area has taken on with shopping, restaurants, arts and popular public events. But in case anyone is not aware of this growing destination area of Atlanta, the Woodstock Convention and Visitors Bureau has produced a commercial that is airing on cable systems throughout the area.

This commercial highlights the shopping and dining options available in downtown Woodstock with which most of us are familiar. You may however see a new spot you want to visit, but, in addition, if you watch close enough, you may catch a glimpse of someone that you know. When viewing the commercial we were excited to see local resident and Community Board member of our sister publication the TowneLaker, local artist and writer Ann Litrel.

In case you haven’t had the chance to see it on TV, here is the video from the downtown Woodstock YouTube channel.
