CCAC Lifeguard Training (American Red Cross)

Will give participants lifeguard, first aid and CPR for Professional Rescuer nationally recognized certification. Must be age 15 by last day of class and be able to swim 300 yards continuously, tread water (legs only) for two minutes and retrieve a 10-pound brick from 7 feet of water.
