A Health and Fitness Fair

will follow the monthly AMPED in the Park 8-9 a.m workout session at the Northside Cherokee Amphitheater, 101 Arnold Mill Road, Woodstock. Participants at the fair, which ends at 1 p.m., will enjoy healthy lunch options, fitness demonstrations and other info on fitness and wellness.
