Touchdown! Nothing really says “back-to-school” in Woodstock quite like high school football! A few weeks back, the Cherokee County School District announced the Varsity Football schedule, and we have to say that we’re really excited! No matter what your team, mark your calendar to cheer on Woodstock’s amazing student athletes! The schedule includes both home and away games for the six traditional high schools in the Cherokee County School District, including Cherokee, Creekview, Etowah, River Ridge, Sequoyah and Woodstock high schools.
The football schedule officially starts on Friday, August 8th with the first game of the season being played by Creekview High School, with an away game at Lambert High School. The following Friday dives into the season with games for Cherokee, Creekview, River Ridge, Sequoyah and Woodstock.
